The Sabbath of March 7,2009 was observed and celebrated by Jaipur SDA Church as International Womens Day of Prayer. The Vespers was taken by Mrs Payal Singh who spoke on the importance of Prayer. The Sabbath School saw the ladies lead by Mrs Alice Francis, Mrs Tresa Gardner and Mrs Leena Kujur take part. The lesson study was taken by Mrs B.A.Rao where all members participated in the discussion.
The Divine service lead by Mrs Rita Gill together with Mrs Savita Chand, Mrs Rubina Gardner,Mrs Suman Saxena and Mrs Alice Francis shared topics based on "Love". Towards the end of the service the Church was informed by Mr Maxwell Paul that Elder Bharat Singh who is undergoing treatment in the U.S. after his accident, has taken his first step with the help of a walker. The church joined Elder LD Paul to thank God for Elder Singh's recovery as he offered the dedicatory prayer. The Church hopes and prays earnestly that soon Elder Singh will soon be walking isle of his hometown Church.
