The  purpose of  this meeting  was  to  revive  each  worker  and  select  Circle  Leader  of  good  experience who  would  be  leaders  managing Evangelism  work, Counseling Volunteers  and  sending  statistical  reports  on  monthly  and  quarterly  basis. A challenge to draft a plan for evangelism and Church growth and a vision for self sufficient local Church and Section as a whole was the main agenda.
