The
key feature of the
meeting was workers
appraisal and their
performance. Special Emphasis was
laid on Membership audit, Specific reporting
formats were handed
over to workers. Church Finance
and strategies were discussed. Evangelism techniques and methods were discussed
apart from uplifting spiritual messages.
Five
recommendations were made in the meetings:
1.
Vision
-Self sufficient Local Church by 2015
2.
That
each Local Church Prepares its budget and gets it approved.
3.
To
maintain Church Offering Diary with cash
details signed by two Deacons for every
Sabbath & to be
presented at the
time of Church Audit.
4.
Quarterly
Review of Tithe & Offering Report of
each worker/Volunteer
5.
To
Submit monthly Pastors
visitation in Advance
The purpose of
this meeting was to
revive each worker
and select Circle
Leader of good
experience who would be
leaders managing Evangelism work, Counseling Volunteers and
sending statistical reports
on monthly and
quarterly basis. A challenge to
draft a plan for evangelism and Church growth and a vision for self sufficient
local Church and Section as a whole was the main agenda.
